Beloved Huntsville Explosives K-9 Boomer hangs up the badge
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The Huntsville Police Department is honoring one of its most trusted four-legged partners as explosive-detection K-9 Boomer officially retires after years of serving the community.
HPD says that its K-9 Unit is one of the longest, continuously operating units of its kind in the nation.
