Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation/Refund – 100% refund less a non-refundable processing fee of $25 prior to 60 days; 50% refund less a non-refundable processing fee of $25 between 59 days and 30 days; no refunds 29 days prior to the event.

Substitutions – Substitutions are permitted within the same company, agency or department without penalty. Substitution requests may be submitted up to one (1) week in advance of the event. A full registration form for the substitute attendee must be completed in order to process.
