Franklin, Ulrika

Ulrika is the COO for Cobra Canine. With an extensive background in business development, government contracting, marketing, media relations, design and photography, she performs a variety of tasks to ensure company success. Ulrika has over 16 years of management experience specializing in marketing, communications and problem solving. As the Facility Security Officer for Cobra Canine, she is responsible for maintaining and monitoring clearances as well as compliance. With a background in Psychology, she has been the sounding board for company direction for over 10 years.  She has a lifelong passion for understanding and aiding animals with over 10 years of guided training experience with Jeff Franklin.
