K9 finds missing woman with dementia in Cleveland County
CLEVELAND COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — An elderly woman has been found safe after the hard work of deputies and the K9 unit, according to the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 3:35 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, authorities got a call reporting a 74-year-old woman missing from a home on Kristie Lane. Officials say she has been diagnosed with dementia and was last seen at the home around 2:20 p.m.
